"Krystyn assisted us in a purchase of a townhouse, as well with the sale of our existing home. Krystyn was an absolute delight to work with and a tremendous help on both ends of the transaction(s). She was knowledgeable, available at all times of day, eager to assist and wonderfully personable. She held our hands when necessary and gave us a mild kick in the pants when that was called for. We would and will readily recommend her to others considering a purchase or sale." Maurice (Newton)
"Krystyn was an amazing buyer's agent. Our home search was particularly long, and Krystyn remained engaged and highly responsive throughout the entire process. We placed offers on homes in a variety of neighborhoods, and Krystyn immediately performed meticulous and thorough market research each time we expressed interest in a property. I was always confident when we made an offer that it was competitive, but that we would not be overpaying. I would recommend Krystyn to anyone thinking of purchasing (or selling) a home." Andrew (Dorchester)
"Krystyn Elek is fantastic. She is supremely competent and a consummate professional. She recently helped us purchase a condo in a highly desirable location in a competitive market. She was a proactive guide, giving us advice at every step from how to approach a viewing to putting in a winning bid within our budget. In addition to her own services, Krystyn has built a great network of partners to assist in the full lifecycle of the purchase from inspectors to plumbers to engineers to lenders and attorneys. All of her referrals were as responsive and professional as she was and we would not hesitate to work with any of them again. We felt fortunate to work with Krystyn and are enjoying our new home!" Steph (Newton)
"I have worked with Krystyn on both a rental and a sale. In both instances, Krystyn was wonderful to work with. She was organized, knowledgeable, informative, and communicative. She listened to my questions, concerns, and priorities and provided thoughtful, honest feedback. On the rental, she identified a situation where the Landlord's agent was requesting a higher fee than agreed and was able to remedy the situation. On the sale, she was spot on with properties she showed me and found exactly what I had been looking for. She was always on time and available to talk through issues. She also took a lot of legwork off of my plate and made the process as seamless as it could be. I would highly recommend Krystyn to anyone." Becca (Jamaica Plain & Back Bay)
